I was been invited to attend my friend's culinary service the day before my birthday as they going to have a competition in Hong Kong. I was so glad the chance was given, credit to Yi Xiang, who study in KDU, Petaling Jaya. He is expert in making desserts.
Pick up Ash and rush to KDU after from work.
4 of us know each other from National Service, we became closer after NS, keep in touch for date and it's already the forth year, wow. To maintain a relationship is not easy, spend lot of effort, time, money, of course this is for sure and the most basic what, most important is the heart, how you treat your friends, and people will treat you the same, so don't get wrong ya. =)

This is the menu of the day. Honestly, i don't get understand what it's writing about, the words are like testing my knowledge, gosh. Asked Ash do me a favor to decide for me, lol. I'm lazy to read through.
This was the appetizer, can't remember the name, no, i should said never remember the name for the dishes, as long as i could remember how savory it is, hehe.
This is the cod fish, the fish that i love most. *wee*
According to Xiang, they're using the theory of molecular for cooking this particular appetizer, like what type of fire to use to meet the exact time only the fish look raw but it's ready to eat, even less 1 minute or more than 1 minute the taste will just run away, omg, what's a hard task, they're dainty in this kind of stuff. It's not easy to be a chef, much of theories involve as well.
The bread is just simple and tasty, i wish to have an extra one, lol.
Soup will be the onion soup with garlic bread, soup a little bit salty for personal, prefer the crunchy garlic bread. hehe. The onion soup serve in small cup, we asked for one shot, LOL!
*wee* he gave me his heart, lol. Appreciated that much, my best present that i had ever in my 21st birthday, nothing could replace. Meaningful that much and more than enough.

They're student but their standard had maintain a higher level than a student, my friends even asked: could i pay you some tips?" They really did the best, applause for them! =D
My seat of that day was back faced to kitchen, so, suddenly a birthday song appear, i'm curious who birthday today, everything pack in sudden, stunt over, realized the person was me! LOL.

There have no prepare the knife for me, so somebody pass me the chef knife, i learn one thing from the knife. A knife is the most important tool to a chef, knife is like their soul, unbelieving i'm holding one of their soul to cut the cake! LOL! wtf...
